  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of sustainability and process performance solutions.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote ABB's sustainable technology solutions.
  3. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored sustainability and process performance solutions.
  4. Work closely with product development teams to ensure ABB's solutions meet customer requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and process performance solutions, providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers.
  10. Represent ABB at industry events and conferences to showcase our sustainable technology solutions.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of ABB's products, services, and processes to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of sustainability trends and technologies.
