1. Prepare, pack, and ship materials to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail.
3. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate shipping and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Operate various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials as needed.
6. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate team members.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
9. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or excess materials to management.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Maintain accurate records of shipments and complete necessary paperwork.
12. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the shipping department.
13. Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
14. Be a positive and reliable team member, willing to assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
