  1. Lead and manage the engineering solutions service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement service strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise service team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Service Manager In Engineering Solutions Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering To Understand The Technical Aspects Of The Job And Effectively Manage The Service Team.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: Abb Prefers Candidates With Prior Experience In A Service Management Role, Preferably In The Engineering Industry, To Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Effectively Lead A Team And Handle Customer Relationships.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Service Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Abb And Be Able To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions To Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Service Manager, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, As Well As Strong Leadership Skills To Manage And Motivate The Service Team.
