  4. Serve as the main point of contact for escalated technical support issues and work closely with the team to resolve them in a timely manner.

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all technical support operations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the technical support team, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
