Job Description

ABB is looking for a Senior Support Services Analyst with a wealth of experience in providing technical support and guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of ABB products and services. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong technical aptitude, and an eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a customer service and/or technical support role. A deep knowledge of ABB products and services is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of industry software and hardware, as well as a strong familiarity with computer systems and networks.
