Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Industrial Automation, Including Project Management Experience.
Strong Knowledge Of Automation Systems, Such As Plcs, Hmi, Dcs, And Scada.
Experience With Programming Languages, Such As C++, Java, Or Python.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
