- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project execution.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in project design and execution.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Preferably With A Focus On Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.
At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Industrial Sector.
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, With A Focus On Driving Project Success And Meeting Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
