The successful candidate should be highly collaborative and experienced in product application and proposal engineering.The Senior Product Application & Proposal Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing the entire proposal engineering process. This includes working with customers on technical requirements, designing proposals, and supporting the transition of the proposal into a product application. Additionally, the Senior Product Application & Proposal Engineer will be responsible for the development of technical standards, procedures, and training materials.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. They should have an in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, and be highly proficient with CAD software. Additionally, they should have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
