  1. Manage entire payroll process: The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and final payments.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness: It will be the responsibility of the Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure that all payroll activities are accurate and completed on time, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  3. Coordinate with global teams: ABB is a global company, and the Senior Payroll Analyst will be working closely with colleagues from different countries to ensure consistency and accuracy in payroll processing.
  4. Analyze and resolve payroll issues: The Senior Payroll Analyst will be expected to have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the payroll process.
  5. Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations: The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for staying informed about any changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring that ABB's payroll processes remain in compliance.
  6. Prepare payroll reports: The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for generating and analyzing various payroll reports, such as tax filings, payroll summaries, and employee earnings statements.
  7. Train and support team members: As a senior member of the team, the Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for training and providing support to other team members as needed.
  8. Maintain confidentiality: The Senior Payroll Analyst will have access to sensitive employee information and must maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements: The Senior Payroll Analyst will be expected to identify areas for improvement in the payroll process and work with the team to implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Payroll Administration, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Payroll Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With All Levels Of Employees.
