- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Mentor and develop junior HR team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Represent the HR function in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organizational success.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Continuously promote and uphold the values and culture of ABB through all HR initiatives and interactions.
Extensive Experience In Human Resources: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner At Abb Must Possess A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Various Hr Roles, Including Experience In Managing A Team And Implementing Hr Strategies.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Business Operations And The Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Leadership And People Management Skills: The Senior Hr Business Partner Will Lead A Team Of Hr Professionals And Will Be Responsible For Managing And Developing Their Skills. Strong Leadership And People Management Abilities Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
