- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for substation projects.
- Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards and procedures for substation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including project managers, technicians, and other engineers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in the energy sector.
- Perform detailed analysis and calculations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of substation designs.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the design and implementation phases of projects.
- Lead and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all aspects of substation design and construction.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and equipment for substation projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Power Substations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Substation Equipment, Such As Transformers, Circuit Breakers, And Switchgear.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
Experience With Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Autocad, Etap, And Scada Systems.
