
Sales Director, West Region
- Establish the commercial strategy, performance metrics and drive action / results
- Own and deliver on regional sales, orders, profitability, and Inquiry to Order (ITO) quality goals
- Be responsible for commercial leadership on key proposals; support team in the overall bid strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline
- Document competitors’ activities and assess potential market moves
- Provide input for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and introduce new services / products to sales / service teams and clients
Power delivery including knowledge of Medium Voltage Switchgear, Power Transformers, and protection and control relays experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
Demonstrated ability to create differentiated solutions to meet customer needs
Previous experience in proposal development role
