In this role, you will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the technical support team and ensure that all robotics technical support operations run smoothly.To be successful in this position, you should have extensive knowledge of robotics engineering and a deep understanding of customer service principles. You should also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
