- Develop and implement regional planning strategies to optimize the flow of products and materials across our regional operations.
- Oversee the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure accurate and timely supply of products.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for regional planning and fulfillment processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional planning and fulfillment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve regional planning and fulfillment processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to supply chain operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Represent the regional planning and fulfillment function in cross-functional meetings and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide supply chain strategies and initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regional Planning And Fulfillment, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Planners And Fulfillment Specialists.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, And Logistics.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
