Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Research And Development Of Electrical Systems.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Power Electronics, Control Systems, And Circuit Design.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Simulation Tools.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced Environment.
