- Conduct thorough and detailed testing and inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize various testing equipment and tools to perform quality control procedures.
- Identify and report any product defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control tests and results.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Follow established quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate any quality concerns or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Technical Experience.
Previous Experience In A Quality Control Or Inspection Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles, Techniques, And Tools, Such As Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, And Six Sigma.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively And Independently.
