- Develop and implement efficient and effective planning strategies to support the timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Analyze data and provide insights to identify areas for improvement in the planning and fulfillment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to planning and fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning and fulfillment activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in planning and fulfillment to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Planning And Fulfillment In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Planning And Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Suppliers And Customers.
