We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Planning and Fulfillment Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing the delivery of our products and services to our customers. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced planning and fulfillment team and have the chance to contribute to the success of our operations.   1. Assist in the planning and execution of product and service delivery to customers.
  2. Collaborate with the planning and fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in the planning and fulfillment process.
  4. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and order fulfillment.
  5. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate delivery schedules.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or delays in the fulfillment process.
  7. Provide support in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  8. Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about company operations and supply chain management.
  9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and presentations related to planning and fulfillment.
  10. Take initiative to suggest ideas for process improvements and cost savings.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  12. Learn and utilize relevant software and tools to support planning and fulfillment tasks.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the planning and fulfillment team.
