This role will be responsible for developing and growing our OEM customer base in the pumps industry. As the OEM Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships with key OEM customers.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential OEM customers in the pumps industry.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the pumps industry.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new products and services that meet the needs of OEM customers.
  5. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  6. Negotiate and finalize contracts with OEM customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote ABB's pumps business unit.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to OEM customers.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  12. Train and mentor junior sales team members to support their professional development.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing ABB to external stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the OEM customer base.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
