Job Description

You will be the design authority for engineering projects in GPG Breakers & Enclosures, Electrification Smart Power (ELSP) in Senatobia, Mississippi, making technical recommendations and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Clear and well define parts specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. Test plans and performance of metal parts and mechanisms requirements defined with R&D. Coordinate with local functions and suppliers the development of parts in North America. Files at normalization agencies such as UL and CSA updated if required. All systems, such as technical and ERP, updated. Quality validation performed and documented. Parts production up and running at local suppliers facilities. Support the day to day operations at shop floor related to metallic components.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on manufacturing processes, assembly and metal parts fabrication is desirable

  • Strong knowledge and experience on new vendors evaluation and approval

  • Basic knowledge on painting and coated systems application, evaluation and testing

  • Desirable communication skills in Spanish and Italian

  • Strong skills on technical specifications and drawing’s interpretation
