- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Record and interpret data from material tests and experiments.
- Communicate findings and results to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop and improve material properties.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with materials and testing procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Keep detailed records of all experiments and results for future reference.
- Continuously stay updated on advancements in material science and apply new techniques and methods to improve laboratory processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new material testing procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in laboratory processes and suggest solutions.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians on testing procedures and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide input on material analysis and testing strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Material Science, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Material Science Or Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Material Characterization Techniques Such As Sem, Xrd, And Dsc.
Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Statistical Methods And Software.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Material Testing And Development, Such As Iso And Astm.
