As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.   1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ABB's brand globally.
  2. Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for ABB's products and services.
  5. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.
  6. Manage ABB's social media presence and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness.
  7. Plan and execute events and tradeshows to showcase ABB's products and services.
  8. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve ABB's marketing efforts.
  10. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials that support their efforts.
  12. Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  13. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on marketing initiatives and results.
  14. Uphold and promote ABB's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  15. Mentor and support junior members of the marketing team to help them grow their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  16. Represent ABB at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing Or Communications Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Digital Marketing And Social Media.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging For Different Audiences.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Working Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As External Agencies And Vendors.
