- Develop and implement strategies for identity and access management in line with ABB's overall information security objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of identity and access management processes and systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce access control policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management to continuously improve ABB's security posture.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of access privileges.
- Monitor and analyze access logs and usage patterns to detect and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of information security awareness and compliance.
- Lead incident response and remediation efforts for any identity and access-related security incidents.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on identity and access management activities to senior management.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and secure access to ABB's systems and data.
- Mentor and train team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge in identity and access management.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the identity and access management function.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the identity and access management program and make recommendations for improvements.
