  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all facilities and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to determine necessary maintenance tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and criticality.
  3. Ensure that all maintenance activities are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
  4. Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure they are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  5. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to plan and schedule maintenance tasks.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of maintenance processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance schedules and any potential delays or issues.
  9. Manage inventory levels of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure availability.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and service providers to support maintenance activities.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
  13. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input on maintenance planning and scheduling strategies.
  14. Continuously seek ways to optimize maintenance processes and improve overall efficiency.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance planning and scheduling techniques.
