Job Description

In this role you will be expected to support the ABB E-Mobility Legal Counsel, North America (NAM) in facilitating project financing activities with a background in structured finance transactions and infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Support contract negotiation as well as general legal related issues relating to all E-Mobility NAM projects. Coordinate E-mobility NAM business’s legal entities corporate governance through the ABB legal functions or external counsels and work with such parties to facilitate any necessary E-Mobility NAM business reorganization or any future Joint Venture initiatives. Analyze legal issues requested by the General Counsel of ABB E-mobility or ABB E-Mobility Legal Counsel, North America and provide general legal advice and support in conducting internal and external compliance investigations and due diligence in compliance with ABB policies. Deliver legal and integrity training.

Job Qualifications

  • More than 7 years qualification experience practicing commercial law

  • Experience with structured finance transactions and infrastructure and renewable energy projects, consumer law

  • Having experience in similar industry with automotive, EV charging business knowledge will be an advantage
