Job Description

Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of Information Systems solutions/services for the Electrification Hackettstown Business. Provide guidance and direct assistance during installation of new Information Systems solutions/services or the required systems upgrades and enhancements.Support the delivery of Information Systems solutions/services according to agreements, on time and within budget, according to assigned responsibilities and implementation specifications. Consult with IT stakeholders across the Electrification business to help provide technology use guidance and advice, while ensuring compliance with ABB Information Systems enterprise architecture and standards of conduct. Provide hardware and software support to PC users including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Enterprise IT End User support role

  • Must have a collaborative, solutions-oriented and customer-service-oriented approach in working any IT issue or User problem

  • Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience is required
