IT Security and Compliance Specialist
Establish strategy for addressing risks and ensuring compliance in alignment with (IT) Information Technology corporate strategy and organizational risk appetite. Directly contribute to the development of the InfoSec Strategy and governance, planning of strategic initiatives, security architecture, and implementation of continuous compliance and resilience services. Define the specification and requirements for global network infrastructure and manage 3rd party service provider day to day operations, service delivery and performance. Manage and facilitate incident remediation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Manage and facilitate implementation of new or changing IT solutions/services according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality. Manage hardware lifecycle, budget planning and timely refreshes. Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Manage compliance requirements and provide assessments for monitoring compliance.
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ISO 20000
Minimum 7 years of progressively increasing responsibility in the areas of information security, risk assessment, cyber-security
Minimum of 3 years of experience with risk management framework, governance, IT risk assessment and management
Minimum 3 years of experience in system architecture, reviewing, and evaluating solution architecture
Experience with multiple environments and operating systems, devices and databases including Windows, Linux, Active Directory
Cisco Professional level certification (CCNP, CCDP) preferred
