- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the HVAC division, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop and launch new HVAC products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product design, testing, pricing, and distribution.
- Ensure that all products meet industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
- Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
