Human Resources Integrity Investigations Manager

ABB is looking for a Human Resources Integrity Investigations Manager to join our team and help ensure that all employee-related matters are handled with the highest degree of integrity. The Human Resources Integrity Investigations Manager should have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, assess complex situations, and devise solutions that are in the best interest of ABB. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field • 5+ years of experience in human resources, investigations, and/or labor relations• Experience in conducting investigations• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
