  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support on all HR matters.
  3. Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the company attracts top talent.
  4. Collaborate with business units to identify and address employee development needs, including training and career development initiatives.
  5. Advise and support managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all local and national employment laws and regulations.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for HR strategies and programs.
  9. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to employees on a variety of HR-related topics.
  10. Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and evolve the company's HR practices.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resource Role, With A Focus On Business Partnering Or Strategic Hr.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Local And International Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Drive And Implement Hr Initiatives And Strategies.
