  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on all HSE matters.
  4. Design and deliver training programs to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  5. Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for HSE management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's HSE practices remain current and effective.
  8. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
  9. Manage and maintain HSE records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  10. Act as a liaison with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE matters, representing the company's interests and promoting a positive image.
  11. Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HSE processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and train junior HSE team members to foster their professional development.
  14. Communicate and promote the company's commitment to safety and sustainability to all employees, contractors, and visitors.
  15. Foster a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environmental Role, Preferably In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Health, Safety, And Environmental Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Safety Protocols And Procedures To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation Preferred.
