HRIS Operations Specialist

In this role you will serve as the HRIS Operations Specialist providing HR expertise and guidance in the areas of HRIS and Payroll. You will also be responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on managing configuration, data entry and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday) as well as time and attendance and payroll. Responsible for monitoring the ELPC HRIS Payroll mailbox, investigating and resolving issues quickly and with high customer satisfaction, or delegating to an appropriate resource with the responsibility of following up until the inquiry is resolved. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users; assist field HR with any input, correction and reporting requirements and ensure that all open requests are resolved within specified timeframes. Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
