1. Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal employment laws.
3. Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
4. Collaborate with HR team members to implement new policies and procedures.
5. Conduct audits and make recommendations for process improvements.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
7. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
8. Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs.
9. Partner with managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reviews.
