  1. Develop and maintain global sales configurator product models to accurately represent ABB's products and solutions.
  2. Optimize existing product models to improve efficiency and accuracy of sales processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product models align with technical specifications and business requirements.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure product models are up-to-date and reflect the latest product offerings.
  5. Train and support sales teams on utilizing the sales configurator and product models to provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers.
  6. Continuously improve and streamline the sales configurator and product modeling processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into product models.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with product models and work towards resolving them.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of product models across different regions.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the overall functionality and usability of the sales configurator.
  11. Maintain documentation and records of product models and related processes.
  12. Contribute to the growth and success of the business by continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize sales configurator processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Modeling And Configuration Within A Global Sales Environment

  • Proficiency In 3D Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, And Experience With Configuration Tools, Such As Teamcenter Or Sap

  • Knowledge Of Global Sales Processes And Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Engineering, And Product Management

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Product Configurations And Identify Areas For Improvement In The Sales Process.
