1. Lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis process for the company.

12. Train and mentor junior team members on financial analysis techniques and best practices.
13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
14. Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.
15. Contribute to the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
