Finance Analyst-Procure to Pay

Lead the offshore team by coaching, motivating, setting goals, assist in evaluating performance and planning work assignments. Assist Finance Team with month end processing, including accruals and account reconciliations. Support Intercompany and Tax processes. Purchase to Pay (P2P) Internal Controls Process Owner. Maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures, accounting, and GAAP standards. Ensure that SOX controls where implemented/followed. Facilitate internal and external audits. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of invoice processing. Ensuring timely annual reporting of Form 1099s. Ensuring documentation of SOX controls and segregation of duties. Monitor and report sourcing metrics. Contributes to shared services strategy, systems and tools to further develop functional operations.
