  1. Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of ABB products and equipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
  2. Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of ABB products.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  6. Complete service reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Proactively identify and communicate potential equipment or system upgrades to customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the field to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
  9. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Skills: A Field Service Technician At Abb Should Possess A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Skills Related To The Company's Products And Services.
