  1. Lead a team of skilled technicians in executing field service operations for ABB's clients.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times by the field service team.
  3. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members.
  4. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in engineering to effectively support the team.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations.
  6. Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within ABB to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
  9. Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team.
  10. Act as a representative of ABB, promoting our brand and values through exceptional work and interactions with clients.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Team Leader, This Individual Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Technicians. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For A Field Service Team Leader, As They Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Internal Team Members And External Clients. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Convey Technical Information And Instructions.

  • Project Management Experience: Abb's Field Service Team Leader Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Abb Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
