Facility and Construction Manager

The Facilities Project Manager will bring construction project management experience to gather requirements and translate them into a plan of our organization’s workplace, production, warehouse/ distribution, repair workshop, and laboratory spaces. Build own knowledge of the cross-functional strategic initiatives that fundamentally impact our various production, warehouses/distribution center, repair work shops, and labs environments, covering expansion/growth, technology roll outs/upgrades, and process improvement. Work with initiatives associated with new construction, renovations, and tenant improvement projects from conception to recommendation, including strategy, SOW development, RFP management, and proposal options. Also to insure safety at the construction site, regular presence at site during construction to ABB safety standards are met and serve as ABB liaison at site.
