End User & Factory Excellence Infrastructure Specialist

PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation. Manage inventory of all compute devices for EL Americas. Report usage, estimate and coordinate demand, maintain appropriate stocking levels Provide quotes and manage ordering lifecycle for non-standard approved equipment. Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices (such as Xerox), and small use laser printers (such as HP). Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality. People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
