- Develop and lead projects focused on improving end user and factory processes and systems.

Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, Preferably In The Field Of Engineering Or Computer Science. This Will Enable The Individual To Effectively Understand And Manage Complex Technical Projects Related To End User And Factory Excellence.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget. A Professional Certification In Project Management, Such As Pmp, Would Be An Added Advantage.
Knowledge Of Abb Products And Services: A Thorough Understanding Of Abb's Products And Services Is Crucial For The Role Of An End User And Factory Excellence Technical Project Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Abb's Automation And Control Solutions, As Well As Its Various Industry Segments.
Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders At All Levels. This Role Requires The Individual To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Technical Experts, And Ensure Smooth Collaboration And Coordination Among All Stakeholders.
