Job Description

Architect and develop highly-reliable embedded software in a safety-critical environment. Deliver high-quality C code and optimize in a real-time embedded environment. Develop embedded control platform strategy, including advanced algorithms, such as closed loop controls (e.g. PLL) and other embedded control algorithms. Develop low-level drivers for interfaces like UART, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet. Specify microcontroller requirements and drive part selection Hands-on hardware bring-up, functional test case creation, system testing, debugging and code optimization. Creates software engineering specifications and outline controller requirements based on system performance requirements. Deliver high quality system-level software for various hardware components.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of related professional experience required

  • 2+ years of professional experience developing real-time embedded firmware for power and metering systems preferred

  • Solid background in control theory and algorithm development are highly valuable
