- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive business growth in the electrification portfolio.
- Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative electrification solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
- Effectively communicate ABB's value proposition and product offerings to customers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote ABB's electrification solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices related to electrification.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their knowledge and skills in electrification sales.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales orders, contracts, and other documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to ABB's sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development In The Electrification Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Products, Systems, And Solutions, Including Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, And Automation.
