  1. Design and develop electrical systems and products for various projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful completion of projects.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for power and automation technologies.
  4. Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation related to electrical design.
  5. Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical systems.
  6. Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in designs.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design and development process.
  8. Communicate and present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Provide technical support to production teams during the manufacturing and testing of electrical products.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate components for electrical systems.
  12. Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.
  13. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized electrical solutions.
  14. Ensure all designs meet quality, performance, and safety standards.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree In Electrical Engineering: Abb Requires All Electrical Design Engineers To Hold A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Design Software: Candidates Should Have Extensive Experience In Using Industry-Standard Software Such As Autocad, Solidworks, And Eplan For Electrical Design And Drafting.
