Experience In Agile Methodologies: A Strong Understanding And Practical Experience Of Agile Methodologies, Such As Scrum Or Kanban, Is Essential For An Ecommerce Agile Project Manager At Abb. This Includes Knowledge Of Agile Principles, Processes, And Tools.
Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Ecommerce Projects From Initiation To Delivery, Preferably In A B2B Or Industrial Setting. This Includes Experience In Creating Project Plans, Tracking Progress, And Managing Project Budgets.
Technical Knowledge: Abb Is A Technology-Driven Company, So The Ecommerce Agile Project Manager Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Web Technologies, Including E-Commerce Platforms, Content Management Systems, And Api Integrations. Knowledge Of Coding Languages Like Html, Css, And Javascript Is Also Beneficial.
