  1. Lead and manage agile projects related to the eCommerce business, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop project plans and timelines, identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to define project scope and requirements.
  4. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating any potential roadblocks.
  6. Implement agile best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
  7. Act as a liaison between the project team and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for project success.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support project delivery.
  9. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
  10. Mentor and coach team members on agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in eCommerce to inform project strategy and decision-making.
  12. Uphold company values and promote a positive team culture within the project team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Agile Methodologies: A Strong Understanding And Practical Experience Of Agile Methodologies, Such As Scrum Or Kanban, Is Essential For An Ecommerce Agile Project Manager At Abb. This Includes Knowledge Of Agile Principles, Processes, And Tools.

  • Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Ecommerce Projects From Initiation To Delivery, Preferably In A B2B Or Industrial Setting. This Includes Experience In Creating Project Plans, Tracking Progress, And Managing Project Budgets.

  • Technical Knowledge: Abb Is A Technology-Driven Company, So The Ecommerce Agile Project Manager Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Web Technologies, Including E-Commerce Platforms, Content Management Systems, And Api Integrations. Knowledge Of Coding Languages Like Html, Css, And Javascript Is Also Beneficial.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Ecommerce Agile Project Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Senior Management Is Crucial. This Includes Clear And Concise Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Both Locally And Remotely, To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Foster A Collaborative And Agile Working Environment.
