As the Digitalization Lead - PLM, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and integration of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes.   1. Develop and implement strategies for the successful integration of PLM systems and processes within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize PLM requirements and workflows.
  3. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of PLM solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives and requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyze PLM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for PLM, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in PLM technology, and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.
  7. Oversee the training and development of employees on PLM systems and processes.
  8. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation and integration of PLM.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper integration and functionality of PLM systems with other digital tools and platforms.
  10. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration for PLM initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for PLM processes and procedures.
  12. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of PLM projects.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new PLM solutions and technologies.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations related to PLM systems and processes.
  15. Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to key stakeholders and leadership teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Plm Implementation And Digitalization Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems And Processes.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Successful Digitalization Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
