- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide input for sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock-outs.
- Utilize forecasting tools and techniques to identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and proactively address them.
- Communicate demand forecasts and inventory plans to relevant stakeholders, including sales, production, and procurement teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to demand planning.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or Forecasting In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Proficiency In Demand Planning Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
