  6. Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in ABB's customer management system.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or issues to prevent escalation.

  9. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for ABB, representing the company's values and commitment to customer service.
  11. Stay up-to-date with ABB's products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to customers.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even when faced with difficult customers or situations.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
  15. Foster strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
