Job Description

Ensures that Customer Master Data is maintained/managed efficiently and accurately in SAP. Understands the impact of the Customer Master Data maintained and provides the guidance to ELIP business users regarding Customer Master Data. Documents, reviews and updates all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of SAP Customer Master Data maintenance. Acts as a Customer Master Data Super User, providing support and training to other Customer Master Data Specialists and Customer Master Data professionals and ELIP business users and suggesting improvements concerning Customer Master Data creation, maintenance and archiving/deletion processes. Manages and validates, in accordance with internal regulations/policies, Customer Master Data workflow requests from ELIP business users (SAP Customer Maintenance & CMF Customer Assignment Maintenance).

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in SAP

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a significant workload
