- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: Abb Requires A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Industrial Management, Or A Related Field For The Role Of Continuous Improvement Manager Motors. This Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills Necessary For The Position.
